We operate dedicated country stores for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States, each with local shipping options and pricing. 2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by country and the shipping method selected at checkout. The following are typical estimates and may vary based on your location, local postal services, and customs processing:
Australia: 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping; express options may be available.
Canada: 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping.
Ireland: 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping.
New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping.
Singapore: 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping.
United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping.
United States: 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping.
Rest of World: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.
All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. Many of our country stores offer free standard shipping on orders above a minimum order value — please check your country store's checkout for current promotions and thresholds.
For international orders outside our standard country stores, shipping costs will be quoted based on destination and parcel weight. Please contact us for an estimate before placing an international order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (from the relevant country store) that includes tracking information where available. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance procedures can also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
6. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tritan glassware purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before requesting a return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives with items that are damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or faulty items. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items, including any applicable shipping costs.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and, where necessary, collect the incorrect item at our expense.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping charges) within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, items that have been opened (where hygiene or safety is a concern), or items returned without prior authorisation from our team. Custom or personalised orders are also non-returnable unless faulty.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of our receiving and approving the return (or within 7 business days of authorising a refund without requiring a return, in the case of damaged or incorrect items). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
